Welcome to the second issue of The Bum Rag, which is also known as the 43rd issue of the classic Hobo Paper located in the Box and Papers department of our fair city.

This month's theme is, appropriately, A BLAST FROM THE PAST. As we approach HoboWars' 13th birthday, let's take a walk through memory lane reminiscing about how we came up with our hobo names, and ponder the artworks of Meek... then look into the more recent past through the lens of Dr Who's nifty Stat Ladders.

Speaking of everything old being new again, you may have noticed that I, Kittipoe, have taken over for my fellow menagerie inhabitant Mental Max the Koala. We will be putting out new issues quarterly, with occasional special issues in line with current events. Our mission is to create a reliable record of HoboWars gameplay as well as provide a platform for interactive content! Upcoming topics include inter-gang dynamics and strategy guides for new players. We also hope to set up a plump little "Classifieds" section in our next issue. Talk to us! See page 8 for details.
